They are very knowledgeable and prompt, and will go the extra mile to help find the perfect chair for you. In particular, ask for Rebecca if you need assistance with selecting a chair and/or you have specialized needs with a chair. She is very helpful and creative in solving specialized needs. Also Jose and Carlos are great with repairs and very knowledgeable.
