About a month ago, I began to experience lower-back pain. Thinking that it might be due to inactivity, I tried to rehab it myself by stretching, going to the gym, walking, etc. Unfortunately, none of that worked. In fact, the pain was getting worse by the day.

Eventually, the pain became so intense that I could barely walk, sleep, get in and out of my car, get comfortable, sit at my desk, go about my daily routine, etc. My life, as I knew it, was on indefinite hold.

Sometimes, the pain was so bad that I'd sweat through my clothes and become irritable over the smallest things. I just wasn't myself. I didn't know what was wrong with me or how I got to that point - and I was really starting to get scared that I might need surgery or, worse, that this would be my new normal.

I was on the verge of driving myself to the emergency room when I decided to try a chiropractor first. This was a big step for me because I had seen a chiropractor after suffering a neck injury in my youth and felt he did nothing for me. Since then, I'd had my doubts about chiropractic in general and didn't exactly relish the idea of getting my back "cracked" ever again.

But I was desperate and my pain won out over my skepticism. I bit the bullet, Googled "chiropractor near me," and found Solvang Chiropractic Center. It had a 5-star rating and the reviews were excellent. So, I made an appointment for the next day when they opened.

The next day, looking like an absolute wreck, I met Dr. Noah Swanson and explained my symptoms. He knew right away what the problem was. "Can you fix it?" I asked. He said that he could, but that it wouldn't happen in one visit. His confidence gave me hope and nearly brought tears to my eyes.

Anyway, after the first two appointments and doing the homework he gave me, my pain went from intolerable to practically non-existent. At last, I could again do all the things I'd once taken for granted (e.g., walk, sleep, get in and out of my car, etc.). It was nothing short of a miracle.

Stopped in one day and met Dr.Noah , upon walking into the establishment. I was greeted and by the front desk and was welcomed immediately. I didn't have or make an appointment but they were able to see me and let me tell you. This was the best experience and chiropractor I've been too. He did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Noah Swanson is the best! I ended up in the ER four times for sharp shooting pain to my ear, No doctor knew what was wrong. I went to Noah and he knew. A muscle in my neck was having spasms causing the shooting pain to my ear. Two office visits and it’s wonderful! I am not living in fear of the pain recurring. Thank you Dr. Noah! I highly recommend him.

I hadn't been to a Chiropractor for over 30 years. Hadn't always had good experiences. Recently a neck/back sprain was really bothering me. I walked in and got seen in minutes. Within about 20 minutes I left with more freedom in my neck and back then I had experienced in years. Had no idea how messed up my spine/back was. He really knows what he's doing. The office is new, modern, and pleasant. Can't recommend him enough.

Dr. Noah Swanson and his wife Jenny at Solvang Chiropractic Center are truly lifesavers.Dr. Noah knows exactly how to adjust you without hurting you at all. He genuinely cares about his patients and the work that he does. Jenny teaches an awesome class of Foundation and it has done wonders for me. Giving me more strength and flexibility then I have ever had. Without this people Id be a complete wreck.

Love Dr. Noah and Jenny at Solvang Chiropractic! I've got chronic issues with my back and I am so thankful that these guys are in town.
Dr. Noah is a very laid back guy who is able to figure out what your body needs.
Whenever I've really hurt my back, Jenny is so accommodating and can usually schedule me asap.
Not only does Solvang Chiropractic do adjustments, but they also will teach you exercises in order to get your body stronger and improve.
If you need to see a chiropractor this is the place to go.

I've had good and bad chiropractor's. Dr Swanson is one of the good ones! He's my first choice of who I want working on my back, I trust him totally. He somehow always knows just what my back needs.

I grew up here in the valley and visit my parent's here fairly often. Ever since he opened his office here I always make sure to come in for an adjustment during my visits.

He and his wife Jenny, who I think does physical therapy out of the same office, are very personable and comfortable to be around. The office feels new and clean.

My back always feels better when I leave!
