Solshine is a an excellent yoga and fitness studio. The owner, Brandy, is extremely knowledgeable and hands-on. She consistently brings a fresh and inspired approach to her classes. She has a team of top-notch instructors as well. The studio is welcoming and always vibrant, and it offers a strong schedule to meet the varied needs of its students’ schedules, including later classes. Solshine welcomes everyone and fosters an environment of support and encouragement for every level of practitioner. So much to love about this studio!

I love Solshine! The space is cozy, the hot flow classes are challenging yet adaptable to your specific level, the music is consistently excellent, and the instructors are very intuitive to your needs. Brandy always goes above and beyond in her classes and you can tell she is truly passionate about helping and teaching others. I get something new out of every class. I've always felt at home at Solshine; there is no judgement or rudeness there! People of all levels are in every class. As a student it's incredibly affordable and I look forward to going to class every week. 100% recommend!

Solshine has been such an amazing place to begin yoga! All the instructors are so sweet and helpful, as well as everyone in the classes. They make you feel welcome and cater to where you are at in your practice. I really enjoy the music selections that help give you that extra push! THE best yoga studio in the upstate. Brandy and her team of amazing instructors are the most intentional and skilled I've ever practiced with. Their verbal cues and timely instruction during a class has always helped me develop my practice without the threat of injury or discomfort. Their other fitness classes are always killer if you're looking for a total body workout in a non-heated room. Go check them out if you are interest in learning more about yoga or further developing your practice!

Fantastic studio space in Clemson, the only spot for HOT YOGA! Outstanding variety of yoga offerings as well as Barre classes for all levels. I absolutely adore Solshine! I have been coming for 3 years as I’ve been in college and it has been the perfect place for me to escape to my yoga mat and get in a great workout. I have loved every class and how much variety Solshine offers: from the hot yoga classes to barre and cardio circuits. I would highly recommend to people of all ages!
