Being part of the Kroger group of pharmacies, I used Smith's multiple times while staying in the Lake Havasu City, AZ area. Even though they were really busy both times I visited them, the customer service was top notch and I will definitely go there again. If you see long lines for the pharmacy don't be discouraged, they are very curtious & efficient at taking care of their customers.

This pharmacy is the best in all of Havasu and the kudos go to Robert in the pharmacy dept. he was absolutely amazing. In a kind of cranky era where customer service lacks big time and when you do get a hold of an employee they’re far from jolly., Robert was kind, friendly, and even found me a steamer discount / coupon for my RX!! This is my new favorite pharmacy. And while visiting Smiths to pick it up I was delighted to see the amazing selection of grocery items, the cheese bar, the social bar , the liquor dept. I will for sure visit smiths much more often! Thank you so much Robert!!

My favorite guy there is Steve in the deli. Some ltimes I think it's weird that I even have a favorite deli guy. For me it's my first. Talking about Steven as I know him by (and his friends) is a smiller. Yes that's a word. He smiles at me. Alot. Sounds weird. Not gay. Me. I'm not gay. Anyways he was smiling one day as always, actually i think it was the hot lady behind me. What's up Steven, with a gangster head nod I said, you ight? He said not as good as this persheidow. What's persheidow i said? The word prosciutto, translates to “ham” in Italian, made from hind legs of pigs & aged during a dry-curing process. Pink, salty, & cut into impossibly thin slices, prosciutto, one of the world's most popular salumi he said. Thanks for the info. 2 lb for me, nothing is impossible for Steven my deli guy.

I had to get a prescribed epi-pen for my wife. I was stumbling in-line to get a Goodrx app on my phone. When I got to the counter Sean advised me the cost after our insurance was $270 from an initial cost of $405. I explained I had a problem with my phone and was there anyway he could help me with a discount? At first he found one for $167 (probably Goodrx) and then he found one for $94 on his phone. Sean is the best! Not just employee of the month but employee of the year as far as I am concerned.

Total nightmare. Incompetent employees.
I picked up my 90 day prescription. Got home and realized that I only had a 30 day supply.
I called the pharmacy and they said they would have my other 60 day supply to pickup.
When I got there they insisted that I already picked up my extra 60 day prescription. Finally someone step in and she found my prescription.
Very unprofessional. Rude.
Going to Wall Green's from now on.?

I'm Reverend Fey's wife, Mrs. Fey... I happen to believe that Smith's Pharmacy's in Lake Havasu is one of the best. They are friendlier, more professional and not as judgemental as other pharmacies like Wal Mart. Wal Mart pharmacy looked down their noses at my husband for some types of medication he takes. When we go to Smith's, they have good customer service and go above and beyond to help you. Good job Smith's pharmacy. Smith's and Food City's pharmacy are the best. God bless. ?
