Emily is the absolute best. I have been dealing with doctors back-and-forth about a medication and she has been the primary person to help me out. I really appreciate everything she has done. She even called me a couple times during the day to check on me and make sure I was doing OK when I was having a reaction to a medication. Thank you Emily !!

Employees are polite and professional services quick and efficient if they have to order a medicine they'll have it in the very next day their drive-thru is most convenient. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy

Smith Drug is the best at serving their customers with our doctors’ office right next-door. It may take a little time to get a prescription prepared but that’s only reasonable. You can find yourself waiting in the doctors’ office lobby that long. We’re delighted to give them our business even for over the counter medicines like Tylenol & the gift shop?

She was knowledgeable on certain things that my doctor wasn't. She is also personable/relatable - meaning you can tell/ask her anything - she just wants to help you!

We have been with Smith Drug for over 20yrs now, and you just can't beat small town places. And Gentry, Arkansas is pretty small. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable on medications. They are family owned too, they are in excellent standing with the Doctors and staff, and all the different insurance companies. Love them all. ?

They, are very slow about getting your prescription to you especially if you go to the doctor don't expect them to have your prescription ready by the time you get there nine times out of ten you will have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes and the last thing anybody wants to do if you don't feel good is have to wait a long time on your prescription to be filled. Like the other day my husband went in to pick his prescription up and they only had to count out 7 pills to put, in his bottle and there was no one there mind you, and they told him it would be 25 to 30 minutes wait time, of course he got mad and left but, it wasn't like he didn't have anything to do so, I went to pick them up for him and the tall blonde lady of course gave me a big spill of why they didn't have his prescription ready by the time my husband got there which he waited a hour before he went up there that should had been plenty of time I would think. They need to realize they are not the only pharmacy around people do not have to use them we use them because we want to not because we have to.
