I highly recommend Smile HQ Dental. We found this dentist through our approved insurance listing. Our family went in for routine checkups and cleaning. We had a great experience. Dr. Juste is friendly, genuine and professional. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. My husband had a root canal done and she explained in detail what needed to happen. I always hop around from dentist to dentist because I never found the right one until I met Dr. Karvelyte. She is full of energy and enthusiasm but most of all she’s honest. I met her at the time I needed a root canal and a bad dentist told me I needed one ASAP when Dr. K said I did not need one and fixed me up on the spot. I do not wait long for appointments and the staff is awesome. Her office is clean and organized and she gives out great goody bags!! I am happy I finally found a pleasant, professional, and most importantly a personalized dentist. I highly recommend Dr. K.

The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. Smile HQ is a very modern, clean office and the atmosphere is amazing. The front office manager, Carol is always pleasant upon arrival and has such good energy. Dr. Juste tried her best to save my crown but it ultimately had to be redone. The crown was made in-house and was cemented in one visit which was extremely convenient, thus not having to make multiple visits. Lupe was great with her suction skills and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt well taken care of while at the office. I found my new dental office and as weird as it may sound, I actually can't wait to be back!!

They took me in for cleaning end of year at 3 weeks notice so I appreciated that. 3 days before the visit, front office called me that visitation is for comprehensive exam only and cleaning will be decided after comprehensive exam in next visit. I said this was not informed to me likewise. She gave the form for dentist who shouted over phone ‘who is this’? I said am a patient who was given appointment for dental cleaning. She answered furiously am the dentist and that i will decide after comprehensive exam if dental cleaning is needed. I said fine and got the appointment. Fast forward one week later, she did not do any xray, asked 2 questions in the name of comprehensive exam and started cleaning. 5 minutes later my son’s cleaning was done. I asked her if there is plaque in between his teeth which needs removal. She became so angry that i am not your dentist and that i do not want me to ask insulting questions. You dont trust me…so i will not provide u service. Basically one question and this dentist threw me out. Cleaning done was for 5-7 min technically and was just for formality sake. Worst dentist as she has got some different kind of issues. If you are her patient, be quiet or if u ask too much questions she will classify u as passive aggressive, blame u and will insult u to deny services when she knew u need the service

I love this dentist and her staff!!! Making an appointment is easy and they text to remind you . They are always so friendly and greet you by name as you walk in the door. I have been seeing her for about 2 years and every experience has been painless and easy. Dr. Juste is super fun and very energetic, a total people person. The staff makes sure you feel so comfortable during any procedure. I highly recommend this office !!!

Our first experience with Smile HQ Dental was excellent!! The office staff were very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Juste was great with my 3 1/2 year old. She made my daughter feel so comfortable. Dr Juste and the staff are extremely friendly. My wait time was short, and the office is well kept. Dr.Juste's personality made me feel comfortable and right at home. She explained in full detail my plan of action and awarded me with a brief lesson/ insight on how to read my x-rays so I too could understand what I am looking at. A++ she also put a stop to unnecessary dental treatments my last dentist swore I needed. (Which I didn't)I hate the dentist, but she had me excited to return for my next appointment. I can't wait!!! If you're looking for a dental home, look no further because this is it!!
