Have always had a good in person experience at Pharmacy but just hung up after being on hold 51min. Simply wanted to ask what the date of a last vaccination was. A reasonable wait time is understandable as they service in person clients but 51 minute of hold time without call being picked up is unacceptable. I'll be changing to the other location as a result.

Pharmacy staff are all consistently the best, incredibly thoughtful and always friendly.

Always friendly, always helpful, always convenient (along with equivalent ‘convenience’ pricing).

If you don’t have one yet, get yourself an Optimum card. The points add up and can be redeemed as easily as paying with cash (unlike certain other point programs which require jumping through hoops for redemption).

I just went to this location for the citizenship photos with my kids. I asked the incharge guy if they could give me its soft copies, he replied to me that they can't email or give them to me in my own USB, but strangely told me he can give them in four separate USBs for each person charging $ 30/USB if I buy them from Shoppers DM excluding photos charges.

It's a SDM/Loblaws owned pharmacy. It does what it does. Convient for me as I can walk there
If you have to drive, good luck finding parking on Bayview. And pay the street parking rate, or you WILL get a ticket.
