A family member recommended this pharmacy after the usual pharmacy I go to was out of the medication I needed.
I called ahead, and they informed me that what I needed was available in stock.
I was greeted with a smile and hello as soon as I walked through the door.
My prescription was ready in less than ten minutes. My daughter enjoyed playing with the puzzles while we waited. It seems like such a nice family owned business. They even have a drive thru for convenience.

I’ve always had excellent experiences at Shoals Pharmacy until they started having trouble getting one of my son’s medication, but I think many pharmacies have the same problem with that medication. The staff is always friendly and the wait time is minimal. I’ve never been told to drop off and come back.

Giving two as I feel one is more appropriate however..Forced to find a new pharmacy thanks to Walgreens. But after no call for a week and missing prescriptions I have no choice. The missing prescriptions while not this pharmacy fault could have been rectified with a phone call. I waited four days out of some items and now it's the weekend. Don't recommend using this place to anyone. Lastly being rude to a potential long term customer is a bad business model.

I really liked Shoals pharmacy when Gerald Knight was the owner/pharmacist. He was a wonderful and knowledgeable pharmacist who was very empathic.
Now that the ownership has changed hands the pharmacist is abrupt and curt. I did not like the way my friends were treated there. Soon I was treated as bad or worse than them. I felt like I was just a number not a customer.
I hope they are able to get it together before they go belly up.

Shoals Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have used. Lee Kennedy and his entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about their customers and their customers needs. They have a great variety of gifts and a variety of other things you might need from the drug store.
I would definitely recommend Shoals Pharmacy. I drive from Russellville to use this pharmacy because they are the best.
