Shea is a gifted bodyworker and massage therapist! And, what I appreciated the most was how she helped me to understand why my back was in so much pain. Especially my lower back, and in a single session within an hour I was totally pain-free, and then she took the time to help me learn some easy exercises and stretches that have helped me stay pain-free ever since. Now, I just get a massage from her when I want to relax and keep building my health from within.

I highly recommend Shea both as a great bodyworker who can go deep while also being 100% sensitive to my needs, and also she makes a great health coach, personal trainer, and doctor in the highest sense of the word, since she is able to teach others how they can heal themselves naturally. Five stars!!

Wow! I have had a number of sessions with Shea and I am so happy to finally get a chance to tell the world! I think she’s about the most creative and intuitive deep tissue therapist I know, not just torquing the body for the sake of “more” and “deeper” but really applying that perfect amount of pressure so it’s “deep” but more importantly EFFECTIVE, and without hurting myself or Shea. (We’ve gotta keep our therapists happy and healthy!!)

Don’t miss out she’s awesome!
