Thank you to Angela, Rachel, and the very professional Dr, and staff I haven’t mentioned. I come every year to update my prescription, it prevents dementia!
This is my fourth set of prescription glasses from Sea View, and I would go anywhere else.

They also give free refills of cleaning solution for the environmentally conscious people who don’t want fresh new plastic to discard every time! Plus they always have cool new styles of eyewear from Europe and the fashion capitals of the world.

I’m updating my review till today because I’m so happy that they are so kind and let me come in with my glasses if there’s anything like a screw loose or a nose pad missing they will replace it and just never charge me for their kindness. Thank you.

What a smooth experience. Very lovely staff. Always so helpful. I never knew I needed nose pads until Maria pointed out they would help me. I had an issue with fit and this was a fix. I’m so grateful.

I visited Seaview for the first time on Saturday and they were amazing! From the time I walked in I was greeted with superb customer service. I didn't get the lady at the front desks name but she was amazing and even gave me great input on my lens selection. Dr. Mitchell was very patient and thorough with my eye exam. I didn't feel like I was just another patient but like she really took my care personally.

And I cannot forget about Fadia! Not only did she greet me as soon as I checked in but she explained the procedure and assisted me in picking the cutest frames. She quickly got a sense of my style and helped me pick the perfect frames. She went over all of my paperwork and again I did not feel rushed. All in all I had a wonderful experience. I've always went to LensCrafters for my lens and eye exams but I'm so glad I now have the team at Seaview. The prices were also great as I usually leave LensCrafters paying nearly $1000 out of pocket. I can go on and on about this place but I'll end here. I can't wait to get my frames and go back for more.

I didn’t really feel welcomed by the doctor or the staff. They try to make it seem fun with their goofy glasses and shirts but that’s not what my experience was like. They also charged extra for contact exam. I appreciate them reaching out. I hope it’s run better with new management.
