I'm compelled to write a new review on SavCo because of the current service.I have been sick for two weeks, and I'm writing in response to the excellent service I received from Jay and Duane since I've had to visit sav co a couple of times in the last week. I appreciate how efficient and sharp Jay has always been, and I appreciate the courtesy and friendliness from Duane; their service is a big deal when someone is not feeling well. Thank you

After 2 weeks of several other pharmacies telling us they had the new Moderna vaccine, but the doses were being saved for those who had appointments for them, my husband and I were so happy to have CONFIRMED appointments for the Moderna shots at this pharmacy. It's miles from our home in a neighboring town, but worth the drive to get the shots we'd been looking for. We arrived a little early for our 1pm appointments, but were told they had given our Moderna vaccine which should have been saved for us since our appointments were confirmed, to someone who had just walked in without an appointment. This is after weeks of us being told at several other pharmacies they had the Moderna, but had to save it for those who had appointments for it. They never even tried to contact us to let us know we didn't have to make the drive. DANGER! They're unreliable for giving a vaccine; be very careful with any prescriptions you have them fill! I would never recommend doing business with this pharmacy!

I have been coming here for years, and the service was always outstanding. However, a woman tech that joined this team at Savco pharmacy is obnoxiously rude. I tried working with her, but as many of you know, there is only so much disrespect you can take if you're patient. This woman has poor phone etiquette and listening skills, including cutting you off while speaking. Her mannerisms, such as pointing her finger at you, are pretty rude in American culture and many other cultures. It is unfortunate that someone who lacks humility works with the public who are filling their prescriptions because they are not well. Very sad the service is dismantled at SavCo pharmacy.

The employees and pharmacist (Jay) are great! They are incredibly patient and thorough. This is a tiny pharmacy on the first floor. Most of the medical offices including the Indian health center clinic are upstairs.

I would definitely recommend coming here for your COVID shots, flu shot or COVID booster, it's very quick. Sign up for the initial visit online, it takes maybe two minutes. Even if the website appointment says next month is the earliest, they will take you immediately. 10 minutes in and out for your shots.

They will deliver your meds for a $9 fee.
