She does a great job of listening when I need to be heard, and taloring her responses to invoke more thought. She's also open and honest about herself and has no issues answering questions honestly or sharing her own experiences when they are relevant. This works well for me to connect with her and feel like we are talking as friends, rather than me feeling like I'm talking to a wall or being judged. So happy I found her!!

Sarah is absolutely amazing. She is someone who is going to go the extra mile for you to help you with your mental health. she has helped me through many tough times. I have Ptsd and she has worked with me to the point where I am now able to open my front door and walk outside. I could never do that at one point, she is just absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend her to everyone! I trust her completely with my mental health.

My experience here has truly changed my life. I have struggled a long time with mental health, so finding this has truly been a game changer. I have always felt like I can talk about anything and everything and have always felt supported and seen. It’s so comforting to know that I have someone who I know genuinely cares and is always willing to talk. I look forward to my sessions each and every time. Since the old page was deleted, I feel the need to repost my review from her last google account.

Was not a fan of her. I did not feel as though we were genuinely talking. I felt like we were reading off a to do list and it didnt feel real engaging. I figured if she was an engaging therapist I would get maybe an email asking for a review or reason why I canceled my other appointment.
That obviously wasnt the reason I stopped using her services, considering I canceled my appointments, but it did make me feel better about my decision.
My appointments would start late and end early as well. The starting late didnt bother me as much as additionally ending "on time" or earlier. She told me off the bat that she starts late. I appreciated that, but again its one or the other- start early and end early or start late and end late. She had canceled an appointment and asked me to reschedule multiple times during time frames that I told her do not work for me.
Im sure she works for some but I personally did not have an experience that left me wanting more help from her.

She would constantly reply to reviews stating “ Serenity Walk Counseling can not confirm serving this person. It is our hope she find the services she desires and may contact our office for help.”

Additionally, she is sketchy with her business. She deleted her entire google account and restarted. Her last account had mostly negative reviews and now she started from scratch. I would not recommend her as a therapist as she seems to need one herself. I have never felt so strongly about wanting anyone considering services to know that this is not the right person for you.
