I love, love, love the owner! I met her a few months back, and have had the chance to experience a Somatic Session, and a couple fabulous massages. It is always important to me that the person helping you heal has their energy in a good place, and Crystal is well practiced with just that. Her extensive ongoing education, seminars, and certifications have given her a broad range in which to help heal others. I was totally comfortable in both environments and learned more than I expected about myself. It was interesting, and very healing. I usually do not like to repeat words, but love and healing are what surround this lovely lady.

My back, neck, and shoulders were in pain and Crystal's myofascial release massage gave me relief and deep relaxation. She also helped melt stress I was carrying in my arms and legs that I wasn't even aware of but opened me up to feeling so much better. As someone who works long hours on a computer, I will definitely be returning for regular stress relief support.

Crystal is amazing. I was hesitant to do any somatic work, but Crystal guided me through it with gentleness and caring. I did not realize just how much the emotions I was holding in my body were affecting me. The somatic work Crystal does is important and effective.
