I struggled to conceive for a year and decided that I needed to try something new before taking the western medical approach. I found Santa Cruz Ayurveda, met Manish for a consultation, and signed up for the 6-month gut healing protocol. I was instantly hooked. Manish is so knowledgeable and passionate about healing through Ayurveda. I followed his protocol and became pregnant four weeks later. Manish served as an incredible guide. He held my hand through the 6-month process and answered all of my questions. His recipes are delicious! Overall, I feel like a new person. I am calm, grounded, and for the first time in my life, I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be. This is exactly how I wanted to feel before entering motherhood. I have recommend Santa Cruz Ayurveda to anyone struggling with health issues and/or emotional, mental, or physical imbalances. I also highly recommend adding the Abhyanga massage. One of the most nurturing Practice in the area. I really do like Santa Cruz Ayurveda practice. Dr. Manish Ch. is very knowledgeable and he cares for his patient. He is helping me heal my gut that needed to pay close attention. I have been using his recipes and do feel great changes in my body. Even my partner is in same diet now and we both very happy with the result.
Very friendly and professional staff members. I did had Ayurveda massage treatment that made me feel really great too. Thank you SC Ayurveda!
