Last couple of appointments with my son and daughter we have been in and out with in 30 min everyone is amazing and respectful. As being an MA myself they are doing so much better at this clinic. 5 stars for sure. One thing though they need to keep their phone lines open till 10:30 pm I tried calling to make an urgent appointment for tomorrow I called at 10:25 pm. No answer I called 3 times I left 1 voicemail. We’ll see if they call me tomorrow before I call them.

ABSOLUTELY HATE the new call center provided. It completely takes away from important issues and delay in care, having to explain issues to a 3rd party is absolutely ridiculous. Even our insurance says the same thing as they have been trying to reach our provider for over a month and have left plenty of messages with the 3rd party to call the insurance back. Esmeralda Lopez though she is top notch! I absolutely adore her, however I am extremely annoyed with this call center. I will definitely miss Esmeralda if I need to switch facilities for my whole family since we are all her patients.

This is the worst clinic ever. Had us waiting an hour and when I told the lady that we are stilll waiting she was rude and then transferred me over to the supervisor Louis which sounded condensing. He told me well” I can’t have the doctors rush through with patients .” How about you don’t try to book too many within the hour and this problem would not be happening . Don’t blame me for your own lack of understanding how to book patents. I am not asking to rush asking for your staff not to tell us that your appointment is at 10 and have us wait an hour. I clearly won’t be coming here anymore . Go elsewhere if you can . If not you’ll be waiting and waiting and than get rude customer service there for speaking up. Bitter people of Los Banos can’t except greatness.

This place is awful. They sent a referral to a place that doesn't even administer the test in the order, TWICE. I had to find a place myself and then tell them where to send the referral. They're inefficient and borderline incompetent. It's very frustrating dealing with them. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This facility is obviously understaffed for the volume of patients they are serving. I have called and left messages on 5 separate occasions and have never received a call back. I waited on hold my last time calling for 25 minutes just to ensure that I spoke to a live person with little help on my issue. I was told call back tomorrow for an update!

Our last appointment here we waited for an hour and 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time, which seems to be the norm. It is noted that if we are late for our appointment they could cancel and/or could charge us if we miss it, but there seems to be no similar regard for the amount of time we have to sit and wait.

The one bright spot in all of this is that the back room staff and Dr we saw was very good. He was patient, thorough and funny. It's unfortunate that by the time we get into a patient room we are so frustrated we expect poor treatment from the Dr as well.

Please hire more staff to serve the patients in a timely manner or consider not taking on any more new patients.

This place is a great place, they are always so helpful.
They always help me when I need to get my babies in.
Very grateful for everyone there especially to Dr. Kadam And RN Happy Santos they always go over and beyond for my kids. I haven't had the experience With any other providers there but I'm sure they are great as well. Thank you staff for getting up every morning to support your patients no matter how difficult that day maybe.

Highly disappointed in this clinic, poor customer service. My daughter had an appointment at 2:30pm but my day care provider had problems with the car seat. We called to inform clinic we would be late and were told they had a 5 minute late policy. I made arrangements for my day care provider to drive up from Dos Palos with my daughter, met them at the clinic and when we arrived there was no where to park. After parking, I walked in 3 minutes late to check my daughter in for her appointment (2:33pm) and was turned away because she was outside being changed and not by my side. When i asked if I brought her in “now” would she be seen immediately, I was given a blank stare, long pause and a “I’m sorry, the Dr is very strict.” I informed the receptionist I was with in the 5 minutes so she went to the back to speak with the doctor and we were still turned away.

It appears this clinic is more interested in billing as many and what ever insurance companies it can rather than serving their patients and community.
