Yesterday I went to purchase a couple cans of Progresso Soup advertised in the weekly flyer to buy one get one free. They charged me full price ($3.99 ea) for both cans so I asked for a refund and they said sometimes the specials don’t apply at this location so they couldn’t honor a return. I asked them to further explain and they said look at our weekly ad and you’ll see the same disclaimer. I did look and the disclaimer only says that some items may not be available at this location (not that if items are available they don’t have to honor the price advertised). This seems like a no brainer to me…

A great local market. They've really stepped up in the deli since their last cook left. It took a bit, but the food and options get better every day. The staff rocks.

I went in to buy a few groceries for a party, and the manager walked up to the front and began yelling at a few customers. To my astonishment nobody in the store seemed to care. What stunned me even more was the fact that this lady WAS A MANAGER. She walked around yelling at her employees and even made a rude remark to someone who wanted to exchange a product. If you shop here, I recommend bringing some pepper spray in case she follows you out of the store, which I have seen many times.

4 stars cuz, the prices are insane and you should probably not get the meats that are already cut, had to throw it out a couple times. The bakery is amazing and I love your new baby donuts, I don't feel so bad when it's a small one. 😋 Good sales sometimes.

Always good at Roland’s. A nice mix of a small grocery store with all the niceties including onsite bakery, deli foods, and an actual in-store meat cutter. Also they carry a nice selection of gourmet brands but they also have the lower cost items - and a liquor, beer and wine store!

I really am grateful for a local grocery store that has quality food at fair prices. But after today's shopping trip there, I was once again left without one of the primary items I went to purchase. I had a small amount of items, and once again, I am without, in this case, the beef.
I even went back with my receipt, which was a complete waste of time. I was told that all my items were bagged, as my checkout associate was done her shift and leaving. ,That may be true, but i certainly still need to get some ground beef, but I'll be going elsewhere now. This is the 3rd time that this has happened in the last month. Maybe it is the heat. And I do the majority of my meat purchases from Roland's.

Love love love Roland's but I have to take a star away for the smell of the chicken case. Hopefully they'll fix it soon, but otherwise it's the best grocery store around. Consistently outstanding produce, interesting baked goods, the best snack section I've ever seen, and an entire liquor store on top of it all. Oh and their chicken salad is excellent. Just please clean out the chicken case.
