Been doing here for a bit and the customer service is horrible. They made many changes and no customer was notified prior to the changes.

I had an appt today and she cancels on me last second because “she” changed the program to make way more money for her.

So the old way of getting prescriptions is gone and the new program costs 5X more than old program and she will not take any kind of insurance.

I’m sorry Karen but I cannot afford 550 dollars per month because you’re greedy.

I’ve been coming to Rocklin weight loss off and on for years for extra help and motivation through my weight loss journey. With the help of Debra and her wonderful team, I have been able to meet my weight loss goal and develop a whole new sense of confidence. Deb is amazing. She really listens to your goals and tried to help you achieve them as much as she possibly can. Her recipes she's send out are delicious and helps me change up my meal preps. I couldn't recommend booking with her more!

I had a telehealth appt NOT ONCE but 2 times Debra never showed! Never apologized but was very rude over the phone! Wasted my time! EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL! What a joke! ***edit...I WAS ABSOLUTELY AT THE 1ST TELEHEALTH APPT...YOU WERE A NO SHOW! THAT IS HYSTERICAL! I called the office because you were not on the video call you said you were running late and to give you 5 minutes! I joined the video call and waited 20 minutes like an idiot AND YOU WERE A NO SHOW! So add liar to this review!

This place has changed, it used to be legit. I would ignore the great reviews from 3 years ago and take your business elsewhere. I will no longer have anything to do with Deb or her business. She provided a prescription to my pharmacy, the pharmacy filled the prescription and charged my insurance, so I only paid the co-pay. THEN, she also charged my credit card for the medication. How is that legal (It’s not, I checked with my health insurance company). I called her on it, the double talk was ridiculous, and her attitude was unprofessional, unkind, and quite rude. The change in her is very sad, I hope she gets the help she needs.

Very nice people if you are pleasantly nice as well. I've had great business with them. If I was a dollar short no problem they are there to help me as much as they can. After COVID-19 they got a little stressed from usually having plan A to suddenly we need to come up with a plan B fast. I could tell they were trying so I always smiled thank you for being you guys your doing great. 👍
