Wendy the FNP seemed great face to face. HOWEVER chart notes are inaccurate or exaggerated to make minor things seem like focused items. She caused billing issues, and rather than actually handling an appointment cost me extra money by requiring a 2nd evaluation by a specialist that was unnecessary.

When I spoke to the office staff their only solution was to have the same appointment with the dr and pay all over again for what I already paid for. It saddens me but now I'm forced to find a new practice.

I have had two annual visits with dr Bains and feel her analysis and proactive care is thoughtful and comprehensive. I assume I will not see her unless annual visits. Recently, I had two very uncomfortable events with the physical hygiene of a staff member, (she had on very neglected and dirty clothing) and another’s very aggressive force in addressing my ear condition. In the follow up report it addressed the other ear( I had corrected that during the exam but it still came out in the report) . In addition, I was told I would have a referral to a specialist and it didn’t happen. I’d like to stay with this doctor but I’m afraid I won’t have a connection with her as she appears to have an less than professional staff

I called with a friend today to get an appt. She is very sick and this office has been blowing her off. Got to the scheduler who was exceptionally rude when I asked for clarification on getting an appt. When my friend said yes to getting an appt even though it’s 1-4 months out, the scheduler hung up on us. This lady has no business being in health care which requires compassion and care. I’ll be filing a formal complaint to the medical board for the overall dismissive behavior of this office as my friends health has continued to decline.

Not satisfied. Had Arthritis in my back for years. Finally trying to take care of things(alleviate Chronic pain) and It's gotten worse over the years. Just got xRays for the PA to tell me.... "You have arthritis"... Well, duh! We knew that before going in.

How about all the other ailments the Imaging Dr. said were a possibility from the xray? Disc space degeneration? A form of scoliosis? On top of that, my call wasn't even from the PA.
Family and myself agree, it was a sorry explanation of what I was seeing on my insurance website from test results... Which are below.

No one here can tell me how much an MRI is based off my insurance. Furthermore, I have to "set up" an appointment for PT to "make sure" it's not muscle(per insurance, btw, not my DOCTOR, WHO I've NEVER MET) before an MRI... I think...

Still canNOT get pricing for PT even though all is literally in the same building.

I guess this is just wading through the health system, but everytime I try to DO something to feel better and get answers, I'm in debt. All my coworkers say they Ask the doctors at THEIR offices what it will cost and they show them. I suppose I'm just cursed to be in pain for a long time.

Messaged the office directly to the PA I've seen for further explanation. Still no call back. I hope she calls today.

HORRIBLE Service! If I could give 0 I would. My husband is an amputee and they refused to even meet with him as a potential new patient. Amputees have to deal with chronic pain and take pain medication. Refusing to even meet with him when he is in need of a new doctor is DISGUSTING! I am completed disgusted with this facility and how he was spoken to and HUNG UP ON! This facility should be ashamed of itself for treating a person with a legit disability so rudely!

The incredibly rude staff make you jump though hoops to get basic medicine or referrals. Im a diabetic and they have been nothing but an unhelpful burden with policies that are actively making my condition worse. This is the opposite of health care and I dont know how these people sleep at night.

Horrible service. From front desks to medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and doctors. Just horrible. Seems like everyone doesn’t love what they’re doing and you can really feel the negative energy coming from these people. Not caring at all. Terrible experience.
