I called and made a delivery for my prescriptions at 8:30 am sharp! I then waited 5 hours with no delivery and made my first call to the pharmacy, they told me it was on the way… I then called 3 more times within the hours before closing at 6pm anxious waiting and they continued to tell me deliveries go till 7. It’s now 7:15 pm with 0 DELIVERY!
A little advice to the company next time let me know it won’t be coming so I can figure out a way to get it before closing!!!

The lady in there is so rude. She told me today over the phone that she would not order my asthma inhaler because she doesn't think I can afford it..... I need this inhaler to live and she wouldn't even order it for me. Then when I asked why she was being rude, she said "Do you want your inhaler or not?" I've never experienced this level of rudeness. Or have had my medicine held over my head like that. Evil woman right there

I decided to come to this pharmacy for the first time since the ownership changed only because it was right next to my doctors office and I was in a hurry, the first thing I hear is this some bald guy who to me looked like a manager yelling at the employee over some work hours and there’s customers standing there as well. Talk about being professional and respectful to your employees. I decided to just walk out because if a manager can treat their own workers like that, imagine what they’d do to their customers. It really shows how this local business that we all loved when the previous owner was here has turned into this mess.

I have been going there for years and new owner took over and is very rude. One staff member is extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all!!. I only go there cuz close to house. . Looking for new pharmacy. I never get a thank you or your welcome and looks like they all hate being at work. The one girl who now works in back just puts you on hold with out asking and has hung up in me . I don't recommend them at all!

This place is absolutely horrible. Rude customer service, slow to fill prescriptions, and after numerous requests they still haven't sent the info that my Dr asked for. If I could give it less than one star I would.
