A lot of bodies being. sent here. generally have some alone time. The messages from the guy that got me in there were confusing, just went through them to make sure of something, but working on making sure everything was/is billed properly. With the insurance, and the excellent program director Elvira being very helpful, and REALLY responsive. I let some friends needing help know about . Devin is a tinker bell with control issues but other than that, as of now I would currently cautiously recommend rise and am glad I FOUND this place with that guys help. They even were nice enough to discount me 10 percent for misunderstanding lol and promised amenities that weren’t available. My insurance broker doing his brokering thing moved around my insurance to make it work for both parties. Outside Devin the other staff overall was great

Anthony was an absolute pleasure to speak with. As a family member of a loved one, I was extremely frustrated and on edge. For years, I have been emotionally stressed while being on the receiving end of a loved ones addiction. But Anthony took no offense to my frustration. Not only did he understand my frustration, but he educated me on my concerns. For the first time in a decade, I felt as if a staff member finally understood my voice. He made me feel as if my voice as a family member mattered, and that my frustrations were valid.
For anyone reading this review deciding whether to consult with this center, I’m telling you just take a few moments and chat with them. Their patience speaks volume.

I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone that knows or is in need of great care by great people. Elvira, the case director, was so patient and helpful throughout my process. She put me in a place to succeed in my life and despite my protests, knew exactly what I needed to get me sober and give me the tools to maintain my sobriety. Eric keeps things running smoothly by always maintaining his professionalism and being open and honest. Shoutout to the rest of the crew; my rez dawg, Priscilla for making fire meals and delicious baked goods but most of all being dope as hell, Wooooooo!!!! " Mr. Galifianakis" Devin for always playing it straight while being cool doing it, Meco for thought provoking and insightful groups, Crystal for always being a sweetheart and easy to open up to, my homeboy Kris who's always positive and uplifting and reminding us about the value in each and every one of us, Adam, the therapist, who helped me out immensely by helping me to process and except my past, while realizing that it doesn't have to impact my future, Chris for always keeping the house nice and clean and being fun to talk to, Kevin Ford for teaching us yoga, and great breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety, a healthy and natural way, my main man, Darrell for always coming up with great group topics, and helping us to really dive into ourselves to pull our best self out, and last, but definitely not least, Sandy for over seeing all of us maniacs. I would've never thought in week one that I would ever miss that place but by the end it was hard to walk away from so many hearts of gold. You guys will always be near and dear to my heart. Thank you for saving my life!

I was told several different things by several different ppl. 3 admissions ppl told me they would be able to detox me off methadone, and then when I did my pre assessment; at the beginning of the call the lady said yes we can detox you off methadone, but when I asked what the methadone detox would look like she said, "never mind we don't detox people coming off methadone. You would need to be down to 30mg for us to accept you."

As far as I can tell, this place is a joke.

Absolutely LOVED this place!!! Amazing staff!!! I just completed my stay here and really didn't want to leave!! Highly suggest this place for anyone struggling with addiction!!
