All the pharmacists at this store are excellent! Beyond helpful, pleasant and go above and beyond- all the time! Mary- you are a super star 🙂 I honestly believe she may be smarter than my doctor. Thank you for the amazing staff and service Rexall in Leaside!

I purchased eyelash glue from this location around 10am yesterday, when I was rushing to get ready for a wedding I opened the glue and smelt a foul fish smell, the glue itself did not also look like it typically does. I went back to exchange it. The women (who cashed me out earlier) was acting like I was a criminal trying to exchange this eyelash glue. I came in so polite, and she was BEYOND rude. She then called her supervisor who continued to both be rude. She said well, what do you want? I said well, I still need the glue I'd like to exchange it for another one that is not rancid smelling and expired. they then began to speak in what sounded like talgalog and just ignored me standing there five minutes passed and they looked at me and the supervisor said well then go get a new one. I ran up grabbed it and came back again, no other customers in the store and they were inspecting this item like I had stolen it when I had the receipt, and the cashiers name was on it. It was beyond disrespectful how these two acted and I can't believe one of them is in a supervisor position. unbelievable.

Not sure if this is the pharmacy’s fault, but my Canada Post delivery slip gave the wrong hours. (Slip says open till 9:00 PM, front door says 8:00 PM.) The store was closed by the time I got there. This is pretty basic customer service, folks. Whoever is responsible for fixing this, please do so. Thanks.

Rexall's appointments for the flu shot are a great disappointment. I made an appointment for my family to receive the flu shot 3 weeks ago trusting that we would get it today. I was informed that the appointment was cancelled due to unavailability of the vaccine. There is no point offering appointments when there is no certainty of delivering the vaccine. I could have got the flu shot from other places before this if I had not been relying on this appointment. Rexall should just offer walk-ins like Shoppers Drug Mart is doing. By the way, we got ours at Shoppers. I would advise anyone wanting a flu shot to just call ahead to check that the vaccine is available and just walk in to get it. Appointments are pointless and a total waste of time.

Had an 11:50 appointment for my flu shot. Showed up on time. One person was waiting for their 11:45 appointment, family of 4 in line to check in for 12:15. Only one person working at the pharmacy. She was very confused and stressed out. She told me she was going to take the family first because they were there first. I don't think she understands how appointments work. I was finally taken at 12:10. Should have gone to Shoppers Drug Mart.

Disrespectful store staff, horrible post office hours, but the pharmacists are great at giving vaccines if you don't mind long waits. Beware that the post office hours in store do not match what Canada Post states on delivery notices. At least one price is wrong every time I visit.
