I have done everything but the cold plunge. The best thing was when I was sick and was in the sauna it really helped break stuff up. This is so nice and handy to have here.

I used the zeo gravity chair and it work really well. I walked out with no pain and felt a lot better then when I walked in. The owners are really nice and give you a lot of information on what they have and all the benefits of everything. I'm definitely going back more often

Well it doesn't let you give a zero review because they're not open as late as they say they are. Well I guess we could do this all day . your door was locked . I do not like is liars because the door was locked and I tried calling the number also and no one answered if you have to leave early please leave a sign for people or have a forwarded calls go to and believe me you weren't the only business in town there's five others that I went to also that were closed before their time. Very frustrating for a small town when you're hurting so bad you don't know where else to turn.
