Was on 10th day of an extended health fast (with supplements), and from reading Isabella A. Moser's life's work, decided to give the colon hydrotherapy a try. Good ambient light for the hydrotherapy, and good neck support. The equipment was as simple to operate as circular bathtub knobs on my own for privacy once demonstrated. The hydrotherapy cleared out excess white matter and likely bile that remained in the colon during the fast, until things started to run fairly clear. After the fast there was an adjustment period, but I felt very level headed, thoughtful and tension was gone. There was some adjustment, very light nausea (likely due to gall bladder dumping more bile), and a period of time regaining electrolyte balance that evening, but by the next day things were back to normal for the fasting, especially after some resistance training supplemented with 50 kcal of dextrose (glucose) & a drop of trace minerals and later amino acid powder (with lemon/lime juice and salt) to preserve muscle.
