I was a participating claimant receiving medication at rescue med for a short period of time and they are simply phenomenal, but unfortunately due to politics with the federal government I was not able to continue getting my medication through the Dept. Of Labor. The staffing there is absolutely amazing. They are all very kind & professional. The customer service is exemplary. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin McCarthy, Amy, Sebastian, Dr. Jonathan Fenner and Colleen Shields! What a great group of folks to do business with! I miss them dearly! I give this company an A+. I was referred to RescueMeds because I was continuously being denied by the workmen's comp adjuster. So lawyer referred to them. I was treated with by a pleasant Edie. She is awesome. Today, I was contacted by a very cheerful gentleman named Kevin McCarthy. He reached out to discuss the medications that I would require after my surgery. Although I initially declined the medications that my doctor had prescribed, Mr. McCarthy took the time to explain why they were necessary. He demonstrated great sympathy, especially considering that I had been in an accident six months ago. Overall, I would say that Mr. McCarthy is an alright guy.
