I had a pleasant experience at Refocus Eye Health. The staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Martinez kindly introduced herself and greeted me with eye contact and a hand shake. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, considerate and very professional. The Dr is thorough and explained everything I needed in terms I could fully understand. Her assistant was just as thorough and so helpful with the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I wish I would have known about this location sooner.

This was my first appointment at this location after moving to the area. The woman at the front desk was very helpful when checking in. The assistant who took me back (I believe her name was Karen and apologize for not knowing her correct title) was super nice and definitely set the tone for the rest of the visit. Dr. Perry was great as well and was very thorough and efficient while still being very personable and easy to talk with. Overall I had a great first experience with this office.

The staff, from the front desk to Dr. Martinez, were wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing opthmalogical care. Did not get eyes tested for glasses so cannot comment on that. Office was difficult to find since it sits behind the car wash. Also they haven’t changed the signage on the building yet.

Karen was absolutely wonderful! She is definitely a people person, pleasant, professional and entertaining all at once. Dr Perry was equally great, professional without being rigid. All around a great experience with this office, would highly recommend.

Because it was the day after Thanksgiving there was only one doctor so I had to wait a bit but I felt very blessed to get this appointment for an unexpected severe problem. Despite having so many patients, Dr Perry did a thorough examination to determine the problem, explained everything, and was very encouraging. Throughout my visit she was cheery, kind, and never tried to hurry me along. The same can also be said everyone I came in contact with.
