Excellent overall Everything. Friendly employees, fast, accurate service. They go out of their way to help. Curtius and respectful. Jonny B is awesome. Gives my dog treats when he delivers. Now my dog knows his car and wiggles and sits pretty, waiting for his treat. So cute. Thank you for your excellent pharmacy.

LOVE! Super easy to pick up a prescription. No line, great staff! Friendly, efficient and great customer service. Redwood Pharmacy is CLEAN and has a great local gift shop! From cards, to jewelry, to journals and games... it's nearly a one stop shop! And the drive through works, so easy! Great to shop local and support a pharmacy that is local and well-staffed!

I previously used CVS and so many of my prescriptions went unfulfilled bc the lines were always 15-30 minutes of waiting... who has the time?! And it was funky inside CVS.

LOCAL, LOCAL, LOCAL! Need I say more? We transferred our Rx soon after they opened and are so very happy with their amazing service. All the pharmacists are so friendly and helpful. I love that I can grab those little things I need as well as get some great gifts. I highly recommend that you move your prescriptions and support our local pharmacy. You won’t be disappointed!

My family has genetic syndromes and we are quite complex - as is our medication regimens. Redwood Community Pharmacy has worked with us to deliver our medications and they are usually quite on top of things (more so than most pharmacies I've dealt with in the past). We are quite pleased with their services and professionalism. A couple of people really stand out as being very kind and going above and beyond for us. You can't go wrong with this pharmacy.

Until today I have always had friendly encounters when picking up prescriptions. I went through the drive through (mistake?) and the young woman in the store (Nicole) was practically rude. She thrust a tablet through the chute and told me to sign it. It was heavy. I looked for where to sign but it was blank. Nicole pushed it back at me, said it had timed out but again it was blank(and heavy).we did this two more times until I just said nothing and gave the tablet back (no signature) and Nicole set it aside, gave me my Rx, and I left. Maybe she was having a bad day. Certainly did nothing to improve my day.

I've used this pharmacy only a handful of times in the last few months but I'm impressed every single time! The environment is clean, cute, inviting and the staff is friendly, responsive, and kind. They are very timely with medications, very communicative and supportive if any issues/questions arise on their end or mine, and so professional. They also have many services in addition to filling prescriptions, flu, covid, RSV and other vaccines as well as some on-site testing. I highly recommend and I'm so glad they are a part of our community.
