If you're looking for a pharmacy that treats you with respect, dignity and by your first name R.P. is it ! Across from Redlands Hospital,Open Monday thru Friday but never closed during lunch. Parking is plentiful and steps from front door.
When Beeman's closed years ago my doctor said try R.P. next door.
Ken Chu (pharmacist/owner)and Maria up front always helpful if you have questions etc.
When I retired a few years ago I had to pick a new Insurance provider thru Medicare (won't mention name) it had a service that I needed that I found later others couldn't provide.
Ken was providing me a prescription that others couldn't reliably get, what I didn't know until later that Ken went out of his way helping me !!! My insurance wasn't reimbursing him the correct amount due and was late paying him. As of January 2025 he had to drop me. I want to thank Ken for the 8+ years being my Pharmacist ! So people if you want great service like it was in the 40's and 50's where you had a first name and not just a number, treated with respect as a customer this is your pharmacy!!! If I could give 10 stars I would !

I was having trouble getting my prescriptions at Walgreens and my brother told me to transfer to Redlands pharmacy so I did and it was the best decision I have made Iv been coming here for about 2 1/2 years and I will not go anywhere els Ken is very knowledgeable about all your pharmacy needs I highly recommend this pharmacy

I have used Redlands Pharmacy and Ken for years. They are always fast, efficient and friendly, far from what you get at a chain pharmacy. If you’re looking for great service, you will find it here.
Side note—-I noticed two 1 star reviews and read their complaints. What a shame that people leave a one star review for 1) the wrong pharmacy and 2) complaining about a price difference of $3.

Without question, the best pharmacy I've ever used. A fantastic staff, great wait times, in a superb location; even the parking is outstanding! They accept almost every insurance, and they have regularly gone above and beyond to help us with prescriptions. The building itself is incredibly charming, too. We cannot recommend Redlands Pharmacy enough, they're just awesome.
