I left the doctor & stopped at this pharmacy on my way home to make sure they had my insurance information. Not only did they have it, they had already started processing the prescriptions. They had even already sent notice to my PCP of the need for a prior authorization…all in the time it took me to get there from Court St. Very efficient & pleasant too! Recommend for anyone in Redding. Support the local businesses!

I’ve been using Redding Drug as my primary pharmacy for a couple years now, and I’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve always had a good experience here. Never had to wait a long time when picking up prescriptions, staff is always kind and helpful, and the prescriptions have never been expensive. One time a staff member even requested my physician’s office if I could have a cheaper off-brand of the same medicine. Only good things to say about Redding Drug. Thank you to the team there!

Absolutely without a doubt the best pharmacy in Redding! The staff are personable, friendly, efficient, and they always greet you with a smile. the pharmacist Frank is my absolute favorite pharmacist. He is professional, knowledgeable, fast, and very witty. There's lots of free parking.

Well, once we discovered Redding drug and experienced the exceptional customer service, we have switched from the chain retailers and pharmacies to Redding drug.
The exceptional customer service is second to none and served up by real people with genuine care, concern, and interest. I’ve got a hand it to Frank Yes, he really gets that continued customer loyalty is just a byproduct of great service.
For my wife and I we think what sets Redding Drug (pharmacy) head and shoulders above the others is how prompt and consistent they are with prescriptions, communications and the time that they take to listen to what our ailments are, and give us guidance in the correct direction.
We very much appreciate them and wish them nothing but great success.
