So when my employer announced a ClassPass benefit, I jumped on it and booked a free intro session at this Red Light Therapy spa. I’d heard about the various health benefits of red light therapy and thought, 'Why not give it a try?'

Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Right after a few sessions, I started feeling more energized, with noticeable relief from back pain and even hormonal discomfort that had been bugging me. It's been a fantastic way to boost my fitness routine, too—I’ve had shorter recovery times and less soreness after workouts, which means I’m hitting the gym more consistently.

Amazing experience and the owner is berry knowledgeable! I had the intro 1 hour full body red light therapy. After a day I saw a remarkable difference in my sleep, skin quality and pain relief. Will be coming back and recommending my friends and family soon!

If I could give a zero, I would give a zero but since I can’t, I give you one.
These guys owe me $1600 and they know they do, but yet they will not answer any phone calls or texts from me. I asked them on May 2 of 2024 to cancel my membership. They agreed and I have proof of it, but they kept billing me up until this month!
This is a year worth of fraudulent charges on my bank account. Do NOT use this company!!!!

Other than the place being slightly difficult to find, everything was so smooth and relaxing. Erik was really helpful and informative, walking me through all of my options and getting me set up for the treatment. I LOVED the red light treatment. It was like a little slice of heaven. Just the right amount of heat to help you relax and give you a nice glow without it being overwhelming. Erik also customized the treatment slightly and added some blue light therapy for my acne. The stretching at the end was also a nice touch. I was so relaxed the rest of the night and work up the next day feeling reinvigorated and full of life!

I’ve had amazing results from the Red, Light Day Spa - Los Gatos in only one week! I was able to lose 3 pounds and half an inch of body fat.

I was able to experience these results even on a holiday, Thanksgiving week!

The environment is super relaxing like a spa. And Eric and his staff is very knowledgeable.

I would totally recommend red light therapy here if you are trying to Get lean, and toned, without losing muscle, or having to do too much cardio to get your results. This is a easier way getting the body fat off.
