I had a great facial with Kirsten! When I first walked into the Raven and Wren Wellness space, the first thing I noticed was the calm energy of the whole place. Kirsten welcomed me in and started with explaining the types of natural products she uses and the types of techniques she will use in the facial. Kirsten really took her time and she made sure that I was comfortable at every step. She also gave me the best shoulder massage I ever had. My skin is super sensitive and her natural, no chemical products worked great for me! After the facial, my face was dewy and a bit red. After a couple of hours, I really noticed the texture of my skin smoothing out more. A week after the facial, only using a moisturizer and vitamin c serum for after facial care, my skin was bouncy and refreshed. Kirsten was very professional, but also super fun and easy going. Could not recommend more!

WAY overpriced. Dr Jules was very nice and so I feel bad leaving this review. However, I have been having acupuncture for 15 years with various folks around the country. This was on the higher range cost wise, but definitely not a proportionate to the amount of time spent on working on the body. There are many other skilled acupuncturists in the area that will do more and charge less. Go there.

Jules (the owner) has created something very special in this Wellness Center in Berkeley. The decor is beautiful, the environment serene and her acupuncture treatments are nothing short of life altering. I have been suffering for many years with perimenopausal/menopausal insomnia and other fun symptoms. I am only 2 acupuncture sessions in with Jules over a 4 week period and I am sleeping through the night for the first time in 5 years. I cannot thank her enough for this wonderful gift of sleep. I highly recommend Jules and her team to anyone suffering symptoms of perimenopause/menopause.

I had my first ever acupuncture treatment this weekend with Dr. Priyanka Borkar and I simply couldn’t be happier.

The space at Raven & Wren is beautiful and relaxing with lots of natural light and a clean minimalist aesthetic. But the practitioner is what made the biggest impact on me.

While I’m not particularly comfortable with needles, Dr. Priyanka made sure to educate and reassure me, given it was my first time. She took great care to understand what my challenges were (quality of sleep in my case) and recommended a treatment, answering all of my questions patiently.

She has a deft touch and a warm disposition that put me at ease. The experience was sublimely relaxing and I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. And I have slept like a baby in the days since my treatment. 🙂 I will be coming back. Thank you, Dr. Priyanka!
