This Ralph's is a little smaller than another nearby on Victory. However, I prefer this one..the staff is nicer, the store just seems better laid out. Nice floral department, great florist. Produce is usually okay..fruits often good..veggies..particularly onions are sometimes hit and miss. The parking lot is often baking hot (summer) and occasional pan handlers outside (less so than the other one)

The shelves are well stocked. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hardly any lines at checkout.

My husband and I love this pharmacy. Feels like a neighborhood pharmacy even though it's inside a Ralphs. The staff is incredible and truly caring. Hardly every a line. Highly recommend.

Easy place to shop because of the self checkout. Hoping they can fix up the bathrooms a little, the are kind of dirty. I like the deli and fresh foods section, though. It's really good here.

I live up the street from this store. The "NEW" manager is nice ! the employees especially in the dairy department are ASSHOLES >_< . The people that ring me up are extremely nice & know me and my son by name :) . . . The baggers are really helpful since this store has been remodeled a lot of things have changed. In the daytime the store runs smoothly but at night there's plenty of weirdos that come out ! but other than that the store is nice & well stocked. I am loving the new changes :) fix the dairy department though some of them don't speak english & the other people look like reformed dug addicts !

I just walked out of this store! I stopped in to grab a few groceries and the were no registers open, which is frustrating. There was a line about 5 deep waiting at the self checkout and i didn't see anyone the to help. This store is close to my house, but i will drive a few miles further for decent service.

I put my phone down at the cash register to pay instead of my purse ( had no pockets) and the person behind me stole it. Tried to track it and ask for it to be returned mostly because all of my son's baby pics were not backed up very sad I lost them because ppl aren't honest or caring. It's so many bad ppl out there. course it didn't happen didn't get my phone back. shady ppl go to this Ralph's and even seen them running out of the store with stolen items and security chasing them. I need to go to a different one also lots of empty shelve spaces. And some items I need, not there

LOVE the store & staff! Good selection of items, staff is always friendly & helpful.

The downfall of this store is the drug addict transients that hang around outside. It seems I can't go there without some meth addict begging for money. It's gone from being my "go to" store to only if I'm passing by and it's convenient.
