The best and most efficient pharmacy I’ve ever had! The most friendliest and caring employees. You can have your medicine delivered or pick it up. I never have problems getting my medicine like I did with certain chain pharmacies. I’m so happy I switched. I also really enjoy the fact that it can be delivered for free. It’s so convenient and helpful! I got my family to switch over now too. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I’ll give them 3 stars. I’ve been using Guardian for 2-3 years. At first I had them deliver but their delivery schedule never matched what they promised so now I pick up all my prescriptions. I had them promise 2-6 pm delivery and show up at 8:45 pm. I’ve had them no show for delivery. The reason I still use them is my local “major name” pharmacy never seems to have the medication I need, even when I fill it the same every month. At least Guardian has the medication. I’ve only had one or two times where I had to wait an extra day for one of them. If I call two days before I need the refill, or sooner if it would run out on a weekend, I’m fine. It’s about a 50% chance that the prescriptions will be waiting when I get there, the rest of the time I wait while they fill them. I’d prefer to pick my prescriptions up closer to home at a regular pharmacy that cares OTC items, instead of going to an industrial building that only has a pickup window in a building that has reinforced doors, windows and bars but I guess they have to protect themselves from people who would steal or rob them. After all some of the medication they carry is valuable and easily sold on the street.

Went to Radiance Pharmacy to see if they could fill a prescription that my Pharmacy wasn't able to fill. They advised me that they indeed had the medicine that I needed. Unfortunately, they wouldn't fill the prescription becuase I wouldn't move all my other prescriptions to their pharmacy. Thanks for being concerned for my health.

I've been going for years. Some great people work there. I was shocked to find out that they won't stay open 1 second longer on a fri night, especaily with there new, unannounced hour change, that they are closed Saturday. So if the smallest thing happens on a fri night, which either traffic, or Dr's orders, or insurance, your medicine is held hostage until Monday. Since when did they start closing Saturday? Also, lately I have been getting days for delivery switched, without being told, and lots of wrong information from staff. Very disappointed. I am switching pharmacies!

This is such a wonderful service. Very professional customer service and the pharmacist calls to be sure any new medication are explained and understood. Delivered right to the door. No more waiting inline for so times an hour at other local pharmacy. Recommend Radiance Pharmacy to everyone I know.

RUN Go some where else, service sucks. I have been waiting for my prescription, its been 5 days. finally called my dr got the number to the pharmacy, called the pharmacy to find out whats going on, they had the wrong phone number and my PO BOX not my physical address. Corrected and updated everything scheduled for drop off today between 2-6 pm, 6:20pm no one showed up. I called no answer so i left a message. no return call I called today Friday to find out what happen. told me I am schedule to receive it today between 5-8pm.
I asked what happen yesterday, his comment wasI can come pick it up if I want to because its ready, I explained that the only reason I switched to thr pharmacy was because my dr said that they will deliver it to me!! Now because they can't follow thru on thr job they want me to drive to pick up my prescription. why did I switch from Walmart!! no-one can apologize for thr mistake & sucky customer service. why can't they have it delivered ASAP.

I've used guardian pharmacy for many years and had no issues. Now suddenly they changed their policy to require this new fly by night delivery company to take a picture of your identification. Previously they used GSO, and this was never a requirement. I asked the pharmacy if I can upload a picture to the pharmacy directly and they said no that the delivery company MUST have a picture of it. Due to fraud reasons emphasized that I am not giving some delivery guy I don't know a copy of my identification. The pharmacy claims they have never had an issue, but in this day and age you never know. Do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances. They have gone down hill over the past year, and will not get you your medication. Use a local pharmacy!
