We used to love this pharmacy, never had a issue. Since new people have been working here it’s been a headache every month. This month they refused to fill a medication when all other pharmacies around this area will fill it. Terrible customer service and we won’t be back after making this our home pharmacy. Also was told to me from the older guy ‘we have standards’ in regards to a medication that I was trying to get filled. The older gentleman was extremely rude. Went home and called back to get the medication switched pharmacies as the same guy said to do while in store and the younger gentleman answered the phone, took my name, wouldnt listen to anything I was asking in regards to switching my prescription to another pharmacy and immediately hung up on me. I can smell a law suit coming their way. This place also charged me SEVERAL times when I should have had no pay due to my pre-auth that was approached for a year. Today, the new pharmacy didn’t charge a penny and said the pre-auth is and still is in effect so they couldn’t understand why I was being charged as much as I was from this place.

After much delicate customer service, these gentlemen have regained my business and trust. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend. The only downside is they are not open on the weekends. It would be very nice to have some weekend hours available, if only on Saturday.

The Owner is the Best Pharmacist I've ever had they offer delivery Service and explain your medication side effects and benefits of its use there staff are always pleasant and friendly greeting you with a smile and giving you a feeling that they care about you.

I will definitely change the pharmacy, I used to like it a lot but the new employee is very rude and impolite. Every time I go he treats me badly and when he sees me he makes a disgusted face, he has no work ethic.

Tariq and his staff are absolutely awesome, they may appear like a small scale pharmacy they are beyond that.

The staff has always been professional, courteous even during my most pained, talkative, happy and frustrating times, that can try anyone’s patience lol.

This Pharmacy is worth our “Good Ole” Radcliff support!

I pray they expand in the near future, open a second location off the main 31 W in Radcliff.

As a former celebrity Publicist I would definitely market & promote their business to become the most noted local pharmacist in Hardin County.

Had a problem with the pharmacist when he wouldn't listen to me when I told him he made a mistake. I had to go to the owner of the pharmacy and my doctor to get things straightened out. The pharmacist was new and didn't know what he was doing. I'm not sure if he is still working there or not. Prior to that I had never had a problem with this pharmacy. I have been a long time customer.

Switched to Radcliffe Pharmacy after being so frustrated with Walmart. These have been great people to work with. Rx are always ready on time and the staff has always been we extreemly helpful and friendly.
