I had an incredible experience at *Quantum Spa*! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the beauty and attention to detail throughout the space. Every element feels intentionally designed to enhance relaxation and healing.

I tried the cold plunge, sauna, and meditation in the Earth Room—all of which were amazing. The Earth Room itself is a masterpiece—the floors are made of quartz, and the walls are wired with copper for grounding, creating a truly unique and calming energy. The meditation session was deeply grounding, and the teacher was excellent—guiding us not only through meditation but also leading us in the cold plunge experience with care and expertise.

The combination of the cold plunge and sauna left me feeling refreshed and recharged, while the Earth Room offered a peaceful, immersive space to reconnect and center myself. It’s clear that every aspect of Quantum Spa is crafted with intention and thoughtfulness. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to elevate their wellness journey—I’ll definitely be returning!

My sister and I tried quantum wellness spa today and it was a wonderful experience. This was by far one of the most visually beautiful wellness spaces I have been in. The space features ambient lighting and dynamic music. The staff were all so welcoming and enthusiastic about helping us !! We felt genuinely super comfortable. The sauna was large and the entire spa had a social vibe to it. We would definitely come back in the future !!

I think the magic that makes Quantum unique is how the sessions are intentionally designed to incorporate Breathwork modalities, movement tailored to calm or energize depending on the desired result, and expert guidance from some of the best-trained facilitators in Los Angeles. There is a powerful element of community, and an invitation to be present in your body for 90 minutes tying it all together in a powerful and effective way.

My husband, a finance guy who works in the hustle and bustle of downtown LA, came into Quantum decided that he would not participate in the cold plunge part of the experience. But once Quantum invited him to let go of that sense of control, my husband opened himself to the process and allowed himself to break past his own limitations. We were both brand new to contrast therapy before Quantum, and we each lasted over 5 minutes sitting in an ice bath during our very first Session.

For those who answer the call to show up for their own individual Self, a Quantum Session can be invigorating, fun, and one of the best investments you will ever make in your health and wellness journey.

The space is shoe-free but they offer simple black slides if you prefer that to bare feet.

I absolutely loved my experience here. I did a 90 minute sauna / cold plunge session and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the locker rooms were very clean and had everything I needed, and the space is just beautiful. The best part was the essential oils in the sauna water. Incredible facility with some of the most knowledgeable and approachable staff. I did two sessions with Tanya Edmonds one for the evening which included gentle yoga and breath work then the next day one for the morning to awaken the body and mind. She was so incredibly knowledgeable about the techniques she was sharing and their benefits. I have to say that I received the best holistic massage I have ever had from Kasanu , he managed to give me relief and I have been suffering for months. I ventured into the sauna and cold plunge. This is a must do! Do not walk…run!
