I was told I could pick up my prescription on 11/26 at the earliest by a pharmacist. I called in that morning to get it filled. The app showed in progress. Then when I get ready to head over, it was gone. No phone call or anything. I show up and ask about it and was told they can’t fill it. We are in the process of changing pharmacies now.

This pharmacy used to be very efficient and helpful, but they really went down hill. 6 hours waiting a prescription so far and the 3rd attempt to pick my prescription “It’s 30 more minutes”. If you can’t do things efficiently at least do things honestly.

I was just on the phone with one of the rudest staff members in pharmacy. She acted like she hated her life and her job and pretty much was snarky toned the whole time! She was enough of an experience to decide lll never use them again.

I’m a big fan of Publix grocery but this was the 2nd location within a week where I waited over an hour only for them to tell me they didn’t have the medication, while being completely cold and unpleasant to talk to. I am never rude to people in customer-facing industries, bc I know some people are difficult to deal with, and didn’t complain about it either time but in both cases it almost felt like I was an annoyance rather than a patron. They lost my pharmacy business for life after the 2nd time in one week having a truly bad experience both times.

When I got there, there were 2 customers ahead of me. I waited 25 minutes just to be told my prescription would be in 3 days later as they had to order it. For 1/2 of my wait no one was even at the register and I should have been notified earlier they didn't have the med as I needed it that night.

Computer glitch caused miscommunication between my Dr and the pharmacy. I just spent 30 minutes going back and forth to try to help THEM sort out their issues. I still feel like I was the only one who cared at all that the system has issues (which might result in people not getting prescriptions filled, or at the very least spending more time and money than they should).

Regardless of who's 'fault' it is (more likely the Dr's office), I felt like my concern was received like an annoyance rather than a legitimate issue worthy of addressing. Minus two for customer service and a lack of interest in being awesome, hence the 'solid meh' 3-star rating.

I get all my shots and most medications here. About a 15 minute wait usually, better than many local pharmacies. Pleasant and efficient staff!
