My organization, a non-profit ministry that finds and equips foster and adoptive families in Montana, has worked with Prolocity for four years. We are so impressed with their ability to understand our needs and provide solutions that are user-friendly and capable of being managed from within our organization. I was a brand new Salesforce Admin when we began the implementation, and the Prolocity team was patient and willing to work with an entire team that had no Salesforce knowledge prior to beginning our work together. As with any major implementation we had our ups and downs, but we always felt the Prolocity team was with us each step of the way. We without a doubt know we would not be where we are today without Prolocity's assistance throughout our implementation and additional projects. They have continued to be a valued partner to our organization, and we have recently signed our fifth contract with them to continue this relationship.

Our Prolocity team was very professional from the get-go, helping us frame out the scope of the project, and holding our hand along the way. They helped us adapt the system to our needs, including developing a way to track annual memberships and a new -- free -- system for collecting donations and event registrations that integrates with Salesforce. Best of all, Prolocity was very patient in explaining to our very non-technical staff how to use the new system and providing training & documentation. Prolocity was one of several implementation partners we considered working with to configure Nonprofit Success Pack for our small nonprofit. Their quote came in well under the other partners we spoke with, and their customer service was on par with or significantly better than the others. (One of the other partners we were considering was going to charge four times as much as Prolocity. Another simply stopped communicating with us right before providing us with their final quote.)

Josie England was our first point of contact at Prolocity, and she was a joy to work with. Our project manager was Alex Carroll. Alex is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better partner.

The only advice I would have for a nonprofit looking for an implementation partner is to educate yourself about the basics of Nonprofit Success Pack before beginning your search. If possible, complete some of the introductory Trailhead modules provided by Salesforce. This will help you have better, more productive conversations earlier in your relationship with your partner, and will help you know which questions to ask.

Service: Customized Assistance to Meet Our Needs - Prolocity's team listened to our needs and helped us prioritize them. Knowing that we had a budget to stay within, they worked hard to determine the best way to meet our most important objectives and stay within budget (which they did!).

The project team was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Weekly update calls kept us all focused and aware of where we were in the project, and how much budget was remaining. They also worked within our deadlines and were flexible to adjust when needed.

A Great Long-Term Partner
Prolocity's team has been extremely professional, flexible and helpful in helping us setup our system, providing advice on not only design, but also reporting, integration, and creative solutions. Our organization, FSC First, was buried under the weight of being a rapidly growing business loan lender and grant administrator with no technical solution for online applications and reporting. All of our clients applied with paper or emailed pdf's. We knew Salesforce could be the answer but lacked the technical background to properly implement the software. Prolocity provided the consulting services to customize a new online portal that gathered, not only application information , but also high level reporting data needed for our specialized designation compliance. Prolocity meticulously gathered our business requirements and translated that information into an online portal/client interface built with a focus on a pleasant customer experience. Prolocity provided comprehensive training for all the staff that would be users and in depth training for administrators. They continue to provide us with technical support and further customization as our needs change. We plan to continue to engage with Prolocity as we enter the future phases of enhancements to our systems.

We have just finished out 2nd engagement with Prolocity and are very happy with our results. The first project was helping us migrate to the Salesforce Non Profit Success Pack in 2017 and we are currently working with them again on another big project for 2018-2019. The first phase of our 2nd project was just completed and it has been a major success. While no project ever comes completely according to plan, the things that did come up, was nothing that was not expected for a project of this size.
