They went out of their way to work with my insurance provider to provide me with the very best product and price for the medication I needed. PrimeCare Pharmacy is nothing short of AMAZING! The customer service that they are able to provide is found nowhere else, especially from the big box pharmacies. Doug and Sam have a lot of knowledge of how the system works and made my day! I had been looking for a prescription for months at every imaginable pharmacy in town. I went to my sons pediatrician upstairs and had asked to have an alternative prescription because the one I needed, no one had in stock and it was backordered for months!? She was kind enough to call PrimeCare Pharmacy and to my shock, they had it in stock!!? There were some issues with getting the insurance to cover it, but Doug’s invaluable knowledge got it done! This is now my new pharmacy and I will never go anywhere else! THANK YOU!!!!

The staff is absolutely wonderful!!!!! They are also able to do delivery on some prescriptions which makes it easy to get items right away if you can’t get out of the house. Delivery comes next day if they have the meds in stock. I can’t thank this pharmacy enough for all the help they have given me and dealt with all my meds to make sure I’m covered. They go above and beyond!!!

Dealing with Doug and Sam at Primecare has been more than a pleasure!! They treat me like I am there only Customer!! Anything I ever need they take care of hassle free and with a smile and kind words!!
Can not explain how good it feels especially with your health care to be treated like a friend and not a number like the feeling I used to get at the big pharmacies!!!
