I just wanted to take a moment and give a big shout out to lucerne.Where I went for the first time from my Doctor's appointment.They were amazing , kind , efficient and the facilities were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend health care with them.They also seemed like they all really cared , which was very refreshing.

They are very professional love Danielle and Lisa and summer and Keely especially Danielle and summer well they're all great I miss Dr Kathleen Roberts but hope and pray now that I've given my labs as soon as possible that my new Catherine quick can try to up my medication safely and everything will work out I've been going there 14 years and don't want to have to search for a new doctor or find a psychiatrist online I care too much for Dr Robert Gardner and Dr Joe gear and Christy who used to work there etc etc etc it's a lot for a disabled person to go to Lucerne every month and try to get a ride or shuttle ride every month to get my non-narcotic pain shot where Christy is awesome always doing her best to help us at the live well office in clear lake California and don't want to leave my Lucerne clinic and or the clear lake live well office all the way down in clear lake California because they have always tried to help me I gave labs in Lakeport and it was awesome talking to Christy who drew the blood from me me and three of her family members all have the same birthday of April 10th and I barely felt the needle when they took six vials even though I was light headed from fasting it was in and out after going through the signing and printing my name five times or so the lady who had me sign everything she was fairly friendly herself they were both glad that I'm coming up on 13 years clean and sober and went through hilltop recovery which many of my friends in recovery also went through hilltop recovery on Cobb mountain before it burned down godspeed to all hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving Christmas and New Year godspeed from Daniell DEVER!!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😇😇😇💯💯💯🤳🏻🤳🏻🤳🏻🏡🌎🏡🙏

Being a chronic pain patient many many times at different levels. We are treated as criminals and Dr. Roberts and her staff there and Danielle they all treated me like a human being with respect and it didn't matter. I was a chronic pain patient I was given the medication that I need to have to lead and live a quality life without any discrimination I cannot express how relieve and stress-free my visit was I really appreciate them and caring and giving you chronic pain patients the respect and the medicine that they need thank you

Pretending to care with a smile is not healthcare. What's for lunch is more important. It takes months for referrals to kick in. No follow up with a smile. Hoping you'll go somewhere else or expire with a smile. No changes in service. Still bad.

No ones happy having to go to the dr and I haven’t had the best experiences before, however I can tell you that everyone at Adventist health in clear lake were more than helpful and just kind. When we’re sick a kind soul makes it better and they did that for me 💜
