Have been a customer at Price Harris Pharmacy for quite some time. Tried giving them my business, because it’s locally owned. Pleased with their service until recently. Began to notice that it’s getting more and more difficult to talk to anyone! Even when I do talk to them, I still have to wait for my prescription(s) to be filled. Also at times, it appears that some customers are overlooked or simply ignored.

I underwent knee replacement surgery recently and called to make sure my pain medication would be ready for pickup. I called and talked to someone who assured me that they would be open, and my prescription would be ready. When my family member arrived to pick up my medication, a sign was on the door saying that they were closed due to bad weather and would be closed additional days for the Christmas holiday. How do you just close a pharmacy without any concern about customers? I’m thankful that I was able to get my medication through another pharmacy, just a few pills until Price Harris reopened, since my prescription had been marked as filled. Try having surgery and not being sure if you will have your pain meds!!! Very inconsiderate!!!

When I first started using this pharmacy they were very efficient but once another local pharmacy closed and their customer volume increased, service is no longer efficient. Long hold times when calling, inaccurate information about prescriptions, and called in prescriptions are rarely ready for pickup when you come to get them(even if you waits days to pick them up). It's apparent that because of customer increase there are issues that should be addressed. Despite those I refuse to go back to Walmart pharmacy as an option ?. At least for the most part the staff has remained friendly and apologetic when necessary.

Price Harris is terrible. For the past 5 to 6 months they can not get perceptions filled on time. Takes them over two hours and still can not get them. Call two months and told them I was picking them up the next day. They were not filled when I got there. You people should close your doors. Walgreens does not take as long as you do. And how dear you refusing to fill a prescription maybe that person will sue you over that one.

When Fred's closed I decided to switch to Price Harris Pharmacy. BIG BIG mistake. The first time I went in to fill my prescriptions it took over an hour for them to call Walgreens and transfer my account. All prescriptions automatically were transferred to Walgreens when Fred's Pharmacy closed. I decided to give them another try today. BAD BAD decision. I waited 38 minutes after they reopened at 2:30 this afternoon after closing for a long lunch. My doctor had called in the prescriptions this AM and they were still not ready. Not only were they not ready I was told one of my medications wouldn't be available until tomorrow. They could have told me sooner instead of having me wait. When I go back tomorrow to pick up all my medicine I will never use this pharmacy again.

Started using them shortly after they opened. They have been great! A little aggravation during their business growing after another pharmacy closing. They are always willing to work out any problem you might have. They are doing an exceptional job during this pandemic!

Ever since the local Fred's closed their pharmacy, the service at Price Harris has gone to the pits. They used to know their customers by name, there was little to no wait time, and they were much friendlier. Now they're so busy that the fast, quiet, hometown feel has been lost. I will be moving my medications to Walgreens.

The last 2 times I was in there it took over an hour to fill medication. The last time the medication was supposed to already be ready but nobody can find it. Now I've called 3 times today waiting on hold over 10 minutes each time, now it's just a busy signal and I still haven't been able to talk to anybody.
