Now they're Polaris not Premier and they're no longer providing the same level of service. The new staff are not helpful and instead of providing assistance they put up barriers I've been trying to get a Rx filled for several days, ended up switching to a different pharmacy all together.

I have been using Premier pharmacy for a year or so. I have no complaints. Today as I reached out to the representative VIVIAN . Today I called for a mediation refill. I wasn’t able to reach anyone. But she saw that I called and called be back. She then needed an authorization it took a few minutes to wait but there is a process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Vivian !

You can change your name, but until you enforce your policies, you're still bad company. If you receive a Prescription from a doctor and there's a question you may have. Call the doctor or patient ASAP. Don't wait 11 days for the patient to call you. YOU'RE PROVIDING LIVE SAVING ITEMS TO A PATIENT WHO IS ILL.

I have to change my rating of Premier Pharmacy. I have no idea what changed, but now they are extremely accommodating and their deliveries are much much faster. Kudos to Premier, I guess whatever they changed has made a huge difference in servicing their customers. Another reason I decided to post this is because I realized that the nursing facility I’m in was to blame for the delay in the approval process of my meds. So please forgive me Premier! You guys are great!!

No customer service because you don't get connected to a real person. All you can do is leave messages at ext 812. When you do get a person and you think they are going to help you they place you on hold then the call is transferred. Don't be on life depending drugs you may not survive. I pray there is another pharmacy I can use.

If you’re planning on using this place to supply your medical equipment, I’d advise you to look elsewhere. I had been trying for a week to get a prescription sent to me and got tired after 4 days of waiting and proceeded to have the RX transferred to CVS. Spoke with multiple people to have it transferred, no one was helpful. The pharmacist told me she couldn’t do anything and their main branch has to process transfer requests and told me she would look into it and call me back. She never did. I tried calling back to the extension and no one answered–beyond frustrating, it should not be this difficult. I ended up having my Dr write a new script and CVS has already processed it and will be here in a few days.

BEWARE!!! Unscrupulous company that creates fraudulent charges for collections!!
I used Premier Pharmacy for several years while I lived in Los Angeles. I moved away in 2018 and stopped using Premier Pharmacy. In August of 2022 I got a collection notice via text for a charge from 3/10/2020. I never received an email, phone call or letter from Premier Pharmacy regarding this fraudulent charge. They had all my information and even a CC on file. But chose to send the alleged charges to collections.
Today I spent 27 minutes on the phone with Premier Pharmacy and was transferred at least 8 times. The final person (Maria) I spoke to was completely unhelpful and rude. She kept repeating that she didn’t work at Premier in 2018 so she has no knowledge of my case and knew no one that could help.
I paid the collections charge because I don’t want this on my credit report and I am responsible for my debts. But plan on reporting Premier Pharmacy to the California State Board of Pharmacies.
Run for hills before using this Scam Pharmacy!
