First time trying to use this pharmacy. I don’t regularly have prescriptions filled but this pharmacy was recommended as they provide delivery. I chose to pay over the phone when I called and asked to have the prescription delivered. The technician didn’t confirm my address. They delivered my meds to an address I’m not at anymore. So now I’ve paid for my medication, and the pharmacy can’t give me a solution.

I keep asking for them to use pill vials instead of the bubble packs for my medications and I still get bubble packs. It's frustrating. I'll call them before they fill my medications and remind them but it seems that they don't have a good level of communication there.
