I really appreciate our local pharmacy. They consistently assist me with all my pharmaceutical needs, from vaccines to prescriptions. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I consider myself lucky that they are within walking distance, so I can easily get what I need, even in a pinch.

Joe and May Chelade's Playa Pharmacy is an island of health, hope, and longevity for our Playa del Rey community. Their caring and willingness to go out their way for each customer is constàntly evident, e.g., calling doctor's offices even after hours to get a prescription. Joe, Lolita, Karina, Genevy, Cindy, Kaylin,, Celeste, Ami, Gabriella,, et.al., are the stars that make these good things happen !!

4/10. Came Into the Pharmacy within several minutes of closing. There were no customers, but there were Zaulika and Jenovy cleaning the whole store and continued until closing at 6:30 PM !!

I wanted to transfer my prescription from a norcal pharmacy but we ran into some communication issues with the norcal pharmacy for about two days. Phone service was great with the La Playa staff and physician which made the process of receiving my RX quite smooth. When I went to pick up the meds they were all very nice and helpful. The store is cute and well stocked but is pricy as expected. Picked up some CeraVe samples at the front.

I was so happy to find a neighborhood pharmacy that compounds prescriptions. I was so over the chaos at CVS! The staff is incredible, so kind and friendly. If you live anywhere near this location, I highly recommend it.
