Only getting one star because you can not give zero. These people were unprofessional, lacked any knowledge of the routines within the facility (calls and visitations), couldn’t tell me how my son was when I called (would say, I don’t know I am about to leave), and not organized procedures. The clinical director, Antoine Jackson, called after I asked for my son to be transferred to another facility and spoke to me so horribly, he’s been reported. I wouldn’t let this facility care for a cactus overnight much less a loved one. They need shut down and never opened back up. Teens that have been on there team that staff gets physical with them (slamming them to the ground and using physical restraints) without behavior to warrant being restriction.
