I absolutely loved this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of charming decor to look at while waiting for your prescription to be filled. Never to much waiting though because the staff was always very fast demonstrating that they clearly respected you and your time. If I ever had a question all I had to do was call and a live person would immediately pick up the phone and help me out.

It’s November 5th and I just called to inquire about a prescription. The recording notified me that pine cone drug is now owned by CVS. I have been on hold for 17 minutes and someone finally picks up and asks me to please hold. WTF. CVS is one of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There business model is despised by their customers and employees. I personally know a few. I am so sad this happened. What a loss for the community.

My husband was badly burned a few years ago and required extensive bandage supplies for about a year. Pine Cone is the only pharmacy that would order everything I needed as the treatments progressed. Prices were very reasonable and they always checked on his progress.

Love this place. It has essentials if you don't have time to go to town. The kids and baby section is great with it's selection of toys and gifts. Not to mention it has a great gift section.
