I am very disappointed in the interaction I had with this pharmacy. I called to see if they had a med in stock which is hard to find. They said they did but in order to fill it I'd have to transfer all of my prescriptions there. I was nervous that I wouldn't find it anywhere else so I agreed (although I had to be very clear about the fact that I did not want my prescriptions transferred until the new med went through as she was telling me she was going to tranfer my prescriptions right away).

I called back after my doctor sent my prescription in and they told me I needed a prior authorization. I asked why I would all of the sudden need one when I've been getting it no problem at other pharmacies up until now and she finally said that she wasn't sure how they were billing it at other pharmacies. She couldn't give me a real reason why she wasn't putting it through the way the other pharmacies were.

Honestly, I felt pressured, and like all they cared about was making money, not the patient. Oh, and I did go on to get my prescription filled elsewhere with no billing issues and I wasn't forced to transfer all of my prescriptions.

Been to many pharmacies and this is the best yet!!! I’m lucky to be affiliated with them! Wish they opened Sundays but that’s understandable! Great experience every time I go, helpful and respectful, even the drop off meds at home are truly appreciated!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s the best pharmacy I’ve been to. The staff always remembers me and are all so friendly. The pharmacist genuinely cares about the customers and always takes additional time to go over side effects. No need to call in your medications when running low, they are always on top of it and call me to let me know my medication is ready before I run out. Truly excellent customer service and they always make me feel appreciated.

Love this pharmacy. Whoever had the idea to deliver is a genius. Saves me countless trips to the pharmacy and I don't even have to think about paying as they use the credit card on file. And the greatest thing is no more waiting in line. It can't get better then THANK YOU PHARMACY OF THE DESERT. YOUR FANTASTIC.
