Not open at lunch time, closes at 430p. Tell me when working people are supposed to be able to get their prescription? No after hours care, only option is to drive to South Bay or Downey, won't transfer prescription to local pharmacy. 6 days of antibiotics wasted because they gave me half prescribed amount.

Edit: Had a prescription sent here. Text notification said its ready, unable to estimate cost. Drove to the pharmacy and was advised "unable to estimate cost" means that they don't have it in stock. Also, you can't call them directly, you get routed to the pharmacy call center. Basically Kaiser is blowing you off.

I was told to get a prescription. I haven't been able to because, again, the pharmacy isn't open before or after work hours. The LVN can't seem to grasp that I can't take a medication I can't pick up, and I'm not going to drive 2 hours to the nearest 24 hour pharmacy. This location would be convenient if they actually did something.

Dec 31, 2024. Trying to fill a prescription. They tell me to wait 15 and it will be ready. I come back 15 min later only for them to tell me they don't have it and will have to order. As I get back in my vehicle, I get a notification that it's ready for pickup. I try to call, but it routes you to the call center. I explain that I need to talk to the pharmacy, but I get attitude. They call and verify IT IS READY. I go back in to pick up. The clerk advises (5 min after he initially told me they didn't have it) that it got delivered. Wtf.

Been waiting to do blood work. Message board says 1-5 min... for over 30 min. Apparently their phlebotomy dept is slow. Also went to pick up a prescription. It was in the controlled cabinet drawer, but no one had put it in orange bottle or put a label on it. That took 10 minutes. When are you guys going to get it together?

Doctors are booked out months and when you get there you are allowed 5 minutes with them
Those of us who pay work M-F 9-5pm cant possibly get here ontime to pick up meds pr see a dr and the online doc is notthesame amd lacks communication
But those i have seen are great and do thier job and go above, but its just too quick especially if im concerned im not describing it correct. I was severse sepsis and was told via phone it was a kidney infection.

They need to get their hours right. They informed me that I can come in back 5pm, but the security guard stopped me and said it was closed. He said that I might have called the Long Beach Kaiser permanente, but the call center connected me to signal hill and the person who answered said signal hill. Plus he already knew I was going to the pharmacy while I walked in because I was looking the opposite direction from the pharmacy and he called onto me before I made eye contact with him, so he knew I called 5 minutes before. Poor service

I agree with Baron - two weeks now and I still don't have all of my prescriptions filled. I have been on hold to try to even get the phone number directly and was given the wrong info multiple times - wasting a half a day of my time trying to coordinate without having to go to the store multiple times. They also aren't clear on the copay at check out - especially since my copay was $500 plus dollars for one of my meds. So frustrating. I filed a complaint - contacted my doctor and am on endless hold with the pharmacy as we speak. I am trying to stop the cancellation of one script while the other one is filled...

Pharmacy hours are terrible for working people. M-F 9-5? That's when EVERYONE ELSE has to work. Offer extended hours or weekend service

I took my mother here to get her medicine she was happy I didn't go in but she did have some problems there with someone saying it was anyway like I said I didn't go in I didn't experience any problems myself but customer service is what we need these days if a place doesn't have good customer service the customers won't come back are they will say bad things about any establishment money is very hard to come by nowadays so if you're doing customer service do it as best as you can and actually help customers that's why it's called customer service like I said I didn't go in but my mother you know she's 85 years old so you can't tell a 85 year old person hey it's not no one's there or It's Not Over You supposed to help him or get someone that can

Love this facility. Hours may be limited, but the convenience is worth it to me.
