I love Petit Jean Medical they are GREAT as always…. After having to wait a month for my doctors office to fax a new diabetic supply order (a error on my doctors office) Taylor stepped in & took care of it for me…. I didn’t receive it immediately like always, so I called & Mrs. Robbie helped me figure out what happened (Morrilton Post office had messed up my tracking order # with someone else’s, a error on the their office’s part) so it had been shipped, but someone else had received it) so Mrs. Robbie went to her boss Mrs.Paula who took care of getting me my supplies immediately, they had it personally delivered to me (front door, person to person delivery) that same day within hours by a very nice employee …. Their company is great, their employees work well together to get things accomplished & take care of their costumer’s to the fullest !! I followed Taylor when she moved from Baker Medical because she had taken care of me for many, many years 10+ (she’s awesome, like family)& I see why she choose to work for Petit Jean… they are a awesome company, employees are awesome & I will always be a loyal costumer to them, because they are loyal & take care of their customers !! You will find no better !! In this day & age loyalty is so important & when you find it, keep it & be a loyal costumer, because when when they take care of you like family, treat them like family !!

Very nice and professional. Nothing at all bad to say. They treat me with the utmost kindness always. I spoke with Melissa with PCS on call and she was awesome also. I hope this review gets to her supervisor. She deserves a gold star!!!

These people are a bother!! Our dr told them he wasn't prescribing any supplies as we don't need them at this time. I told them we no longer need supplies but they WILL NOT STOP CALLING! AGAIN, DR TOLD THEM NO MORE SUPPLIES NEEDED, so did I. Please stop calling clients who no longer needs supplies. You've become a nuisance

Great staff, they go above and beyond to help you! I HATE the evil machine that I got from them, but I don't hold that against them. They have gone out of their way to make this terrible torture device more comfortable to sleep with.
