I was greeted with a smile and , "Let me know if I can help you with anything. " This welcome felt sincere and made me feel like I have chosen the right place for my shopping items.
I went to look for a collar, harness and name Tag to get engraved for my cat. The employee, Gabriella as it shows on my receipt, was patient, able to help me with my first engraving experience, helped show me how to remove the Tag out of the cartridge and helped me with the sizing I would need for my items. I really appreciate this experience. I have worked in retail for 28 years (yikes) and Gabriella has provided the most positive, friendly and genuine shopping experience I have experienced in a very long time. I hope this gets back to her so she knows how much her being there that day made my day brighter with making this experience easy and being so patient and helpful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. In fact, they ran out of a product I needed and ordered at the register. I received it within 4 days at my home and there was no charge for shipping. They also have an easy return policy, just in case?
And their prices are about the same as every other store dealing in specialized pet products.
I am very satisfied and recommend Los Banos, CA. Pet Co a great store for your pet supplies.

When you go to a hairdresser and they ‘suggest’ cutting your hair short, you should run! The same is true for a Groomer who asks you if you want to cut half of your dogs hair off. Then even though you expressly say, ‘No, I want it trimmed just so it's not scruffy, and you go to pick up your dog and it is way, way, way too short. Way more then a trim, way more then half his hair. I was so shocked I couldn’t even respond to her question about the length- it felt like she was asking because she knew it was too short and definitely not a trim!!! There was/is loose hair everywhere and now it’s all over the inside of my truck, like when the Barber doesn’t brush it off a mans neck, but worse because there is so much more hair. The cut is not even, there are stray hairs everywhere and the Groomer shaved his legs when I specifically said just to trim between his toes so he doesn’t have Grinch Feet.
This is not a cut for his breed and it is not what I requested! I would have stayed to discuss it but I already had an issue with the clerk at tge counter who asked if I was going to tip, which I didn’t want to do because I hadn’t seen my dog yet. I did though because he was rushing and scowling at me- I wish I didn’t!

Elena is the best, she is an angel. My pup Nushi loves her !
Every single grooming session is always perfect, So happy that my pup gets to be groomed by a wonderful, super talented person who truly cares about every dog she takes into grooming.

I waited 25 min before I had to walk around the store and find the manager near the back of the store. Worst customer service ever I went to buy some fish And the store manager that was in charge refused to sell me any because he claims my 10,000 gallon tank was not enough for 10 gold fish … he had a disgusting attitude and when I told him he had no customer service he kicked me out of the store.

The employees were very friendly and acknowledged me when I entered the store . The dog food I purchased had a 5$ coupon attached to it . That was an extra perk . Checkout was a smooth process . Thank you .

We have been taking our baby boy Wally to Petco for the last two years for his grooming. Val is his groomer and she does the BEST job on him. Wally loves Val just as much as Val loves Wally. Wally is always well taken care of and always comes back to us looking as cute as cute can be! We wouldn't take him to anyone else!!
