Dr. Scott is the best! He’s been treating me for about 5 years. His ART skills set him apart from other chiropractors imo. He is such a compassionate, warm person and treats everyone with dignity and respect. I recently had a lot of pain with my shoulder and he fit me into his schedule and even followed up the next day with a phone call. I have never received treatment as good as this from any other practitioner or doctor for ANYTHING. He is pure gold!!

Having visited five other chiropractors in the Bay Area, Dr. Nissenbaum stands out as the best soft tissue myofascial release practitioner. His expertise and passion for his work are evident in every session. Beyond his skill, he's an exceptionally kind and compassionate individual. Within just a few sessions, Dr. Nissenbaum was able to reduced my muscle and fascial adhesion, offering me much-needed relief. He also gently aligned my spine. Over the last 10 year I've been dealing with back and shoulder pain and haven't found anything to fix the long term issue. Dr. Scott is the best chiropractor I've found in the bay area and I am SO happy to be feeling better. Not only is his office manager super friendly, but his entire practice really genuinely cares about your well-being and overall healing. Dr. Scott is transparent when working with his patients and often teaches me exercises to continue healing at home, which goes above and beyond chiropractic services that start and end in the office. Seriously can't say enough about how glad I am to be feeling better (especially with being on zoom all day!) and how happy I am do have found this place!!

I want to start by saying I absolutely LOVE all of the staff at this practice! Just seeing Julie's smile as soon as you walk in will immediately put you in a good mood. Darlene has this amazing energy and magical healing hands that will make you feel like a new person when you leave. And Dr. Scott will always make you feel like part of the Perfectly Aligned family every time you come in.

I was referred to Dr. Scott after a gym-related hip/back injury. When I first walked in, I could barely stand up straight and was constantly in pain. I had little confidence that I was going to get better and even considered going to the ER a few times for the pain. But after a few weeks of regular chiropractic appointments, I felt stronger and was able to go back to the gym. After a couple months of coming to Perfectly Aligned, I was finally strong enough to compete in a CrossFit competition at my pre-injury skill level (and won third place)!

The chiropractic aspect of this practice is phenomenal and I highly recommend it to everyone! As far as the people, I promise you will never find a more welcoming and personable chiropractic staff. They always make me feel like I'm family and as comfortable as if I'm at my own house.
