My friend had surgery on his back and his doctor office recommended this recovery center as a good place to recovery. At first glance the place was five stars luxury accommodations very well kept doorman, private parking and other exclusive amenities not to include The awesome location but when it comes down to the management and staff, they are on two different pages. The first issue was the staff are promising things thats not talked over with the upper management. The second is the privacy. The staff enters your room without even knocking on the door And say You must keep your door closed, even though the door Leads to a common area The third is the mannerism way they treat you when you have a problem or a disagreement and the last thing and the most important thing is the racism. There was a comment made that was very out of line. The owner of the company said that her staff is allergic to the smell of Fried chicken right after The
Staff and owner already have gave permission to cook at the location using the chef quarters which is used to cook and prep meals daily for patients After that comment was made I felt like they did not want African-American people or any people of color At their place of business For an owner of a Company to say that ridiculous remark was uncalled for and unwanted. The experience before the comment and the racism was going great. With all that being said, I would not recommend this place of business To any person of color because in my as a guest to a patient of this make shift facility They need to be retrained In hospitality.. . PS for the price they charge he could’ve got a luxury hotel and hired his own private nurse for care ….

I went home yesterday after a four-day stay, post hip replacement. I cannot say enough good things about The Pearl. I am going to name names and i will probably misspell all of them - so apologies to you all, ladies.
I was immediately met by my nurse, Alissa, and the owner Klava. Within minutes i knew i had made the right choice. I was helped out of my clothes i wore from the hospital into a lighter dress and out of nowhere juice, water, gatorade, pudding, yogurt, and applesauce appeared so i could take my medications. That level of service never let up.
My nurses, Alisa, Carissa, Amber, Jessica, Christina, and Annie - made the initial days post surgery easier to get through. I am an independent person, so the idea of someone helping me to put on my underwear and go to the bathroom is mortifying. They sternly and sweetly kept reminding me that that's what they were there for.
I chose Pearl because I did not know the level of "helplessness" i would feel after surgery and thought well-trained help would be good. Now, this is not an inexpensive service. However, after I weighed the cost against my concerns and needs - I chose to go and I am so happy I did.

I would give it so many more stars if I could. I stayed here for 5 nights after being in the hospital for 3 nights after my surgery. The hotel is newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. The nurses--who do everything for you--are amazing: kind, caring, gentle, respectful, considerate...and they know what they are doing and do not cut any corners! I felt very safe, comfortable, cared for and pampered. It is expensive, but so worth it. And I have perspective because I had stayed at another after-surgery place a couple of years before. Pearl is in a league of its own-- the absolute best!

I spent 8 days with Pearl and it feels like home now. Alisa and Ruby are so carrying, everything was clean, also I had some special meal requests and nurses were able to took care of that, forever grateful.

I recently had an excellent experience at the Pearl recovery center . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
What stood out to me was the level of care and attention given by the medical staff. They were knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate and empathetic. They took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns, which left me feeling confident and secure in their care.

I had surgery and my husband preferred me to stay somewhere for two nights with nursing care for safety measures. Pearl wellness was extremely accommodating , helpful, patient and most importantly clean. You feel like you are in the comfort of your own home vs a sterile medical facility.
Overall, I would highly recommended it for anyone who is iffy on recovering at home for the first few days

Stayed here post surgery for a total of 12 hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. For an ordinary hotel room with a couple of extra pillows and overnight “nursing” care, to me it wasn’t worth it. I didn’t even need much help and the help I required I was charged more for (which by the way anyone could’ve done). The nurses were great, I will give them that. But I could’ve gotten a hotel room and hired a nurse privately for much less if needed.

Pearl Recovery Retreat is an amazing facility. I work for a few surgeons in Beverly Hills and we send all of our patients to recover at Pearl. The nursing staff is compassionate, knowledgable and always available for our patients. Patients always tell us they are so happy we recommended that they stay at Pearl for the first few days after their surgery - they love knowing they are in the hands of professional caretakers. If you are considering an aftercare facility after your surgery, I highly recommend you stay at Pearl.
